
About Me.
I started working as a Medical and Psychiatric counsellor in 2005 and went on to pursue a doctoral program in Health Studies. My work in India and USA in a range of health set ups, has convinced me that health and nutrition is a science but also a human centric experience unique to individuals and their families.
As a behavioural psychologist and a certified nutrition coach, any health journey for me is centred on the core belief that lasting health comes from learning and unlearning daily habits and behaviours.
Working with me is not only about discussing your health concerns, fears and anxiety but also taking concrete steps towards a positive change. Mutually, we set clear, actionable goals and create a customised plan with defined timelines to take charge of your health and mental wellness.
