My Background.

I have a doctorate in Human Development specialising in Health Behaviour from Iowa State University (USA) and Masters in Medical and Psychiatric Counselling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I have pursued Nutrition Certifications from American College of Sport Medicine and currently offer my flagship programs in Mumbai and Globally online.

 

I also specialise in working with seniors, special cases and vernacular populations.​ I established my private practice in 2020. My practice was born at a critical time when I saw the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown as both a necessity and an opportunity to provide compassionate health guidance when people needed it most.

 

My practice includes Integrated Health Counselling, Coping with Illness, Stress and Anxiety induced health conditions and Weight Management.
