✔️ Loaded veggies toast/ sandwich
✔️ Nut butter / avocado on the toast
✔️ Chutney / hummus / butter/ eggs on toast
Let your bread be friends with fat, fibre and protein.
Check the proportion of bread to the fillings on ur sandwiches always. Just eye ball it ! Eyes don't lie
