If you are a bread / toast lover like me and also sensitive to gluten or glucose ? One hack that always works, dress up your bread as @glucosegoddess (Instagram) would say, never eat it naked !


❌ Chai toast / Bun Maska

❌ Plain Croissant / puffs

❌ Starter Bread Basket

✔️ Loaded veggies toast/ sandwich

✔️ Nut butter / avocado on the toast

✔️ Chutney / hummus / butter/ eggs on toast


Let your bread be friends with fat, fibre and protein.

Check the proportion of bread to the fillings on ur sandwiches always. Just eye ball it ! Eyes don't lie
