All consultations and program elements are designed and customised by Dr. Neha, ensuring you receive expert, personalised care from her tailored to your unique needs.
2 / Can I upgrade to a program after completing a single session?
Absolutely! If you find value in the initial consultation and wish to continue, you can transition to a multiple-session program. To do so, you’ll only need to pay the full program cost.
3 / Are your sessions and programs in-person or online?
All our sessions and programs are online. For special in-person appointment requests please reach out to us through our contacts page.

6 / What can I expect during my first session?
During your first session, we’ll:
-
Review your intake questionnaire, dietary habits, and past medical history.
-
Discuss your health concerns, goals, and areas of focus.

Review available lab reports and identify any gaps.
-
Set realistic and actionable foundational goals to help you move forward confidently.
7 / Do I need to complete any forms before the session?
Yes, you’ll need to fill out an intake questionnaire before your session. This will cover your medical history, current lifestyle, dietary habits, and health goals. Completing this form helps us maximize the effectiveness of your session.
8 / Can I use my insurance for this session?
Consultations and programs are not covered by insurance.
9 / Do I need to bring any lab results to the session?
If you have recent lab results (within the past 6 months), it’s highly recommended to bring them to your session. This allows us to provide more personalised recommendations. However, lab results are not compulsory.
