"I still remember my first call with Neha where I, tired of getting on 3 m -6 m diets and coming back to square one the minute i go back to my regular life, very bluntly asked or rather told her - “ I am a chef. I eat everything, I need to eat everything. My schedule is very erratic and all over the place and I just cannot go into some strict regime for a while and stop eating. "I worked with Dr Neha for three months from mid-Jan 2022 to mid-April 2022. I was advised to lose 10 kg and inches If I had to undergo a hysterectomy.
